It’s not often that I speak about the ‘spiritual why’ behind the Knights Templar. I’ve been very focused on the down to earth matters surrounding the Templars for many years which is the requirement when working with The Curse of Oak Island. Their focus is pinpointed to the island and with an expectation of ‘how’ did the Templars impact Oak Island and what technologies were they using?
It was a joy to speak with Paul Bannister of Spiritual Talk TV and a refreshing break!
Though highly controversial, I see a great deal of Christian Mysticism and Gnostic thought behind the Templars and their cousins the Cistercians. Christian Mysticism is an actual area of study and a movement, that was powerful in Europe. Many of the Great Abbesses were mystics and espousing a direct connection to God versus a human intercessor or priest.
