Royal Mail International has been hacked and is down. This was my least expensive way to post books to the USA. I am not having to use another international carrier that is more expensive and will be reflected in the price of the books. It may take a few months for Royal Mail International to come back online. In the meantime, I am shipping books to you from my home in the UK. I apologize and will revert to Royal Mail International when the issue is cleared.
I will be using a tracking number from now on for proof of receipt. Personalized books are not eligable for a refund as they cannot be resold. Thank you for understanding.
