I am not usually interviewed for who I am – Normally I am interviewed about historical mysteries. It was a pleasure to meet with Amy Erin Johnson of A&F, Season 2, in Seattle. We shared a wonderful lunch and spoke about the beauty of Washington State where mountains are castles and waterfalls speak of natural wonders.
A&F is filming its second season of gourmet food, travel, and wines! Season 2 focuses on cocktails and mixologists within recreated speakeasies of the prohibition era. All of life’s riches are made all the sweeter when in good company! Friends, family, and fascinating people! I have had a sneak peek at the forthcoming episodes!
You will not want to miss 2nd generation restauranteur to the stars, Marco Maccioni of Le Cirque, Las Vegas, filled with incredible stories and photos of all those who have passed through these famous doors! Everyone from the Pope, Presidents, and the Rat Pack!
Amy Erin Johnson met with me at Snoqualmie Falls in Washington State. The original tribe of the area owns the vibrant and historic Salish Lodge. Stunning scenery and first-class food are served within traditions!
Watch my interview in Episode 1, now airing on Amazon Prime! It’s free of charge for the moment! Please leave a review and share if you’ve enjoyed the episode. If you’d like a chance to see me outside of the Templar world, check out the following link:
I met Amy while filming for Templars, a documentary series on the Knights Templar on Amazon Prime. I contributed to the series and appeared in episodes 3, 4, and 5 – The series highlights vistas of Rennes le Chateau, Carcassone, and Seborga in Italy where the Cremona Documents (Zena Halpern’s Map of Oak Island) are said to have been hidden for 500 years. Author Andrea di Robilant spoke to director Luca Centoni about the Sinclair Voyages to North America in Episodes 3 and 4 – Templars the series explores the links between the Vikings, Sinclair, and Templars in Southern France and Northern Italy.

Amy was the face of Gudrid the Fair of Episode 4 which has won dozens of Film Festival awards including the Japan International Film Festival. Documentary filmmaker, Luca Centoni brought us all together.

I hope you enjoy getting to know me a bit better through A&F at the Salish Lodge!
All my best to you and yours,
Gretchen
